Recruitment FAQs
1. When does recruitment begin?
Recruitment for all service organizations begins in the beginning of each spring semester. The start of recruitment is All-Org Night in late January.
2. What does the application process entail?
Each applicant will be asked to fill out an application for each individual organization they are applying to. After finishing and submitting the application, the applicant will schedule a time to interview with each organization.
3. Where are applications avaliable?
Applications for all service organizations can be found on the CSA website found here. You can then scroll down and select the applications for the organizations you would like to apply to.
4. Who is eligible to apply for Creare?
Any Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior student with a minimum GPA of 2.5 are welcome to apply.
5. When will I hear back from the service organizations I apply to?
Applicants are notified of their decision status two weeks after interviews.
